Our largest extrusion machine is designed with a maximum extrusion force of 60 00ton and can make various shapes of curtain wall profiles and industrial profiles with a maximum diameter of 650mm.

Machining

Our finish machining workshop is fully equipped with PRATIC machining centers , Wegoma cutting machines , bending machines , punching machining , and milling machines .

Surface Treatment

We primarily manufacture anodized, powder painting and electrophoresed aluminum profiles in silver, black, gold, bronze, or even a brushed stainless steel look. After the surface treatment, the profiles have a longer service life, better corrosion, and are abrasion-resistant, and the painted color is less likely to fade.

Assembly
